Machen Photography as evolved over the last three decades, and so should this web page. In 2004 my daughter Sara took a more active role in the studio. Actually she has always had a role in the studio since she was a toddler in the darkroom with me. That being the case, I am moved many of the pages and files that reflect more my point of view. Sara decided she wanted to pursue her love of another art form, and she now is an extremely talented tattoo artist. After working full time at the studio for three decades I have scaled back a lot and prefer to photograph weddings and fine art portraits and otherwise play.
